Use of VybeSnap

VybeSnap is a daily photo and emoji sharing app for friends. You agree to use the app respectfully, legally, and only for its intended purpose.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account and anything posted from it. You should keep your login details secure and only provide accurate account information.

Your Content

You own the content you upload. By posting content to VybeSnap, you give us permission to store, display, and process that content so the app can function.

Content Rules

You must not post content that is:

• Abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing.
• Sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate involving minors.
• Illegal, dangerous, or encouraging harm.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading content.
• Content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.

Reporting and Removal

Users can report posts or accounts. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other action if content violates these Terms or creates safety concerns.

Friends-Only Experience

VybeSnap is designed around accepted friend connections. You should only add people you know and only share content you are comfortable your friends seeing.

Availability

We aim to keep VybeSnap available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the app improves.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account. See our Delete Account page.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VybeSnap after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
